this blog is about what you would like to see in space marine 2 when or if they make it.

what i would like to see is a campaign where you get to customise your own space marine for using in it rather than being captain titus all the time.i would also like to see new enemies like the tyranids instead of the orks,the small tyranids would be relativly easy to kill but they would come in large numbers,and have the larger tyranids appear every now and again.

obviuosly there should more choice in weapons like power fists,lightning claws and a few more ranged weapons.

i think they should add vehicles for multiplayer and missions in the campaign where you can use things like landspeeder or a stormtalon,and preditors and whirlwinds for multiplayer.

The official site announces a new DLC planned for December, named Chaos Unleashed (echoes of Dawn of War II: Chaos Rising there?) which adds a Chaos Space Marines version of Exterminatus style co-op play with three scenarios. A "Capture the Flag" mode for Versus multiplayer is also coming up as a free update.

Eurogamer reveals that the 4-player co-operative Exterminatus mode for Space Marine will be released for all three platforms on Oct 25, 2011.

The normal multiplayer classes are used in Exterminatus, and experience earned in co-op will apply to your PvP multiplayer profile. There will be two scenarios ("Assault on Hab Center Andreas" and "Escape from Kalkys Facility") where you face Orks and Chaos. Teams will be scored according to general performance and dynamic challenges.

Eurogamer also says there will be future DLC to follow, including both free and paid components.
